Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 3/4 cup (one 6-ounce container) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
  • Dash of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon chopped pistachios

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a blender and mix.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve.
