It’s a Fight to the Finish

BRIDGMAN – The LMC varsity football team claimed another victory on Friday, October 31st, 2016, against the Bronson Vikings.

LMC had finished their last home game strong with the score of 44-0, also making the team 8-1.  The game began with LMC scoring a field goal giving them a 3 point lead.

Will McCoy, junior, scored the first touchdown by a toss, leading the team 10-0.  The first half had passed and LMC continued to score making the team a challenge against Bronson.

Finishing the season with 8-1 gives the team a positive perspective about the playoffs. Christian Monconduit, sophomore, felt confident that the team will go far.

“I feel that we will go far in the playoffs because we are a very high skilled team and we have a very strong defense and a very good offense that helps back up each other, we have all the tools to be able to make it all the way”

Monconduit also felt that there are some challenges. “All the teams we are going to face is a challenge but if we do our jobs we will bring home a state championship to LMC”

Hoping to win the playoffs and face their challenges, the LMC varsity football team feels proud and satisfied with how the they have finished strong as a team and as a family.
