Yogurt jello:

  • 200 milliliters yogurt drink
  • 120 milliliters water
  • 2 grams powdered agar
  • 30 grams sugar

Blood tomato jello-optional:

  • 200 milliliters tomato juice
  • 5 grams gelatin (sprinkle over 50 milliliters water and let it sit)
  • 40 milliliters sugar

  1. Microwave yogurt drink for 1 minute at 600 watts. Microwave strawberry, melon, blue hawaii syrups and grape juice for 30 seconds each at 600 watts.
  2. In a saucepan, combine 130 milliliters water with 2 grams powdered agar and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and cook on medium low heat for 1 minute.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of agar mixture into each syrup and juice in separate bowls and mix well. Pour each mixture into flat trays and chill until firm.
  4. Using a straw or something similar, cut out small circles out of the jello. Grape juice jello should be 5mm in diameter. The others should be cut out to 1.5mm in diameter.
  5. Place grape jello circles into the bottom of a spherical mold.
  6. To make the white jello, combine 120 milliliters water and 2 grams powdered agar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and cook on medium low heat for 1 minute.
  7. Reserve 20 milliliters of this clear agar mixture and put into a syringe or dropper.
  8. Add sugar and yogurt drink into the remaining agar mixture and stir well.
  9. Drop a very small amount of the clear agar mixture into each round mold.
  10. Immediately place colorful jello on top of the clear liquid.
  11. Pour yogurt jello into the molds and cover. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
  12. Enjoy as is or serve in a glass on top of blood tomato jello.
  13. To make the tomato jello, combine tomato juice and sugar in a saucepan and heat until boiling. Once sugar has dissolved, add in the gelatin and stir until gelatin has dissolved.
  14. Pour into a flat tray. Once it has cooled, chill in the refrigerator until firm.
  15. Once the gelatin is firm, scrape off with a spoon.
