Memorial Day Recipe - Fresh Fruit and Yogurt Ice Pops

Prep Time: Around 30 minutes Cook Time: About 1.5 hours

Ingredients Needed:

  • 2 ½  pounds of country style pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • 1 cup of BBQ sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Season the ribs with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Put the seasoned ribs in a large pot with enough water to cover.
  4. Wait for water to boil, and cook until it is tender.
  5. Put ribs into a baking dish.
  6. Pour BBQ Sauce over the ribs
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil, and bake in the oven for 1 to 1 ½ hours.
