Memorial Day Recipe – Fresh Fruit and Yogurt Ice Pops

Prep Time: About 15 minutes Cook Time: About 5 hours
Ingredients Needed:
- 2 cups of mixed blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and sliced bananas
- 2 cups of vanilla yogurt
- ¼ cup of sugar
- 8 small paper cups
- 8 popsicle sticks
Directions:
- Put the mixed berries and sliced bananas into a blender, and blend until fruits are chunky or smooth.
- Fill the paper cups ¾ full with the fruit mixture.
- Cover each cup with a strip of aluminum foil.
- Poke a popsicle stick through the center of the foil on each paper cup.
- Place them in a freezer for about 5 hours.
