HOMEMADE EGG MCMUFFINS

INGREDIENTS:

4 eggs

Thinly sliced cheddar cheese

4 english muffins

4 slices of ham

 

DIRECTIONS:

STEP 1:

Spray a round, metal cookie cutter with cooking spray. Place it onto a greased frying pan on medium heat.

STEP 2:

Crack an egg into the center of the cookie cutter and pierce the yolk with a knife. Then place a lid over the pan and steam the egg until fully cooked (about 3 -5 minutes).

STEP 3:

Carefully remove the cookie cutter with tongs. Place the egg on a plate and top with cheddar cheese. Repeat with remaining eggs and toast english muffins.

STEP 4:

To assemble, butter a toasted english muffin. Stack with ham and egg with cheese inside the muffin.
